A collaboration between Brian Lobel & Marlborough Theatre, PERFORMR was our first go at trying to take Cruising into the new millenium, commissioning five 1-to-1 performances given exclusively over our custom-built app. While it wasn't the MOST successful run (the App was a bit overwhelmed by the almost 400 people who tried to be active at once), it was one of our best ideas yet. We have big plans to make this App something that can really work on a larger scale, bringing 1-to-1 work far beyond our current locations, and particularly to places where queer performance is rare, or even illegal.
